Ray Keating, IT Operations Specialist

Ray joined Serotte Law Firm in March 2025 and serves as the firm’s IT Operations Specialist, overseeing technology infrastructure, automating internal workflows, and building client-facing software solutions. With a degree in Computing and Business from Brock University and hands-on experience across Salesforce development, AWS, Microsoft 365, and modern web frameworks like Next.js and TypeScript, he focuses on creating systems that are scalable, secure, and practical for day-to-day use. Outside of work, Ray enjoys fishing, boating, and board games.
