Rachael Sparacino

Rachael Sparacino is an Attorney at Serotte Law. Prior to joining the firm in March 2025, she worked at a boutique business immigration firm in Buffalo, New York. Rachael was admitted to practice in New York in June 2022 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Federal Court, Western District of New York.

Rachael represents a wide range of clients, including corporations, startup founders, and individuals. She assists companies and individuals navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration through securing nonimmigrant work status for them and ultimately permanent residency status. Rachael focuses on crafting tailored immigrant pathways, such as EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability), EB-2 National Interest Waivers (NIW), and EB-2/EB-3 through the Department of Labor’s PERM process. She also handles various nonimmigrant classifications, such as O-1A, O-1B, H-1B, L-1A, TN, F-1 STEM OPT Extensions, E-1, E-2, and E-3 visas.

Rachael earned her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2022. While at UB, Rachael worked at a local non-profit where she supported refugees with their green card and citizenship applications. Rachael's commitment to immigration law is driven by her passion for helping immigrants and her experience witnessing life-changing outcomes for clients. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, European Studies, History, and a minor in Spanish from Canisius University.

Outside of her legal practice, Rachael is an active member of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York (WNY Chapter), where she currently serves as a Local Director for the 2025–2026 term. Due to her contributions, Rachael was awarded the Carol A. Condon Outstanding New Lawyers Award from WBASNY in 2025. In addition to this, she serves on the Alumnae Board of Mount Saint Mary Academy, is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and an avid member of her book club.

She is recognized as a 2024 and 2025 “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for her contributions to immigration law.
