Jirah Castillo

irah Castillo is the Executive Assistant to the Founding Partner, Michael Serotte, at Serotte Law Firm. She joined the firm in June 2024. Jirah pursued a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, where she developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills before transitioning to a career in executive support. Her attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage complex operations have enabled her to excel in supporting C-suite leaders in both startups and global organizations, including Ernst & Young.

In her role at Serotte Law, Jirah manages the flow of daily executive tasks, including scheduling and communications, client interactions, and creating an organized and efficient environment that allows the leadership team to focus on clients. Her professionalism, discretion, and proactive approach make her a reliable and trusted partner to both colleagues and clients.

Outside of the office, Jirah enjoys traveling to new destinations, exploring different cultures and cuisines, and discovering cozy coffee spots where she can relax, read, or catch up with friends. She also values spending quality time with her family, combining her sense of adventure with meaningful moments at home. Often, she finds inspiration in the little details of her surroundings, bringing curiosity and thoughtfulness to both her personal and professional life.
