Edward Castillo is often the first warm, reassuring point of contact for many of the firm’s clients, whether they are reaching out for the first time or coming to Serotte Law Firm through a trusted referral. As Client Success Lead, and Executive Assistant to the Partners, he blends meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an approachable demeanor to ensure each interaction reflects the firm’s high standard of client care.

In his role, Edward carefully manages schedules, correspondence, and day-to-day operations so that the leadership team can stay focused on clients’ needs. His ability to anticipate what is needed, organize information clearly, and follow through consistently helps create a smooth, reliable experience from the very first touchpoint.

Edward’s background in Mass Communication informs his clear, thoughtful communication style, whether he is speaking with prospective clients, existing clients, or professional partners. He takes the time to listen, ask the right questions, and make sure clients feel heard and supported, helping to set a tone of trust and professionalism from the outset.

Known for his calm, approachable nature, Edward creates an environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their concerns and goals. Outside of work, Edward enjoys spending time with his family and reconnecting with his passion for music. A former bass player in a band, he continues to draw inspiration from creative expression and collaboration qualities that also inform his thoughtful, people-centered approach in the office.
