Brenna brings more than 15 years of immigration law experience and a deep commitment to guiding families and businesses through complex immigration matters, combining leadership, technical insight, and truly high-touch client experience. She joined Serotte Law Firm in 2018 and has since become a cornerstone of the firm’s business and family immigration practice.

As Managing Paralegal, Brenna leads with a calm, solutions-focused approach, working closely with the firm’s corporate clients and legal teams to ensure that every matter is handled with consistency, accuracy, and care. She manages individual and corporate client accounts, oversees workflows, mentors team members, and helps set best practices that keep cases moving efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Her background in the service industry laid the foundation for her leadership style, instilling patience, attentiveness, and strong multitasking skills that now shape how she supports both her colleagues and clients. Whether coordinating across departments or stepping in to troubleshoot a complex matter, she is known as a reliable, steady presence.

Client experience is at the center of Brenna’s work. She takes time to understand each client’s goals, pressures, and timelines, ensuring that they feel informed, respected, and supported throughout the immigration process.

As a key liaison between attorneys and clients, Brenna manages expectations, communicates clearly about next steps, and responds quickly to questions or concerns. Clients value her responsiveness and her ability to make complicated processes feel manageable, organized, and less overwhelming.

Brenna’s deep knowledge in business immigration allows her to support a wide range of corporate and individual needs with confidence and precision. Her experience includes preparing filings such as H-1B, H-1B1, E-1/E-2, E-3, I-140, L-1A, Adjustment of Status, I-130/IVP, Naturalization, I-90, nonimmigrant visa applications, and related matters.

She also coordinates submissions to USCIS, CBP, and the Department of State, ensuring that each filing is thoroughly prepared, compliant, and timely. This combination of technical expertise and operational oversight helps clients navigate fast-changing business needs and complex regulatory frameworks with greater confidence.

Outside of work, Brenna enjoys traveling, hiking, staying active, and reading. She especially values quality time with her family and can often be found cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

A wine enthusiast with a preference for red wines, she brings the same thoughtful, inquisitive nature to her hobbies that she brings to her work in always learning, exploring, and appreciating the details.
